We are collecting this information to help us understand who we are reaching with this assessment. They are questions such as, “Are you a college student?” This tool is available to anyone no matter your educational level or affiliation with any specific educational institution. At the end of the assessment, you’ll be able to both download a PDF of your results and you’ll be able to fill out an optional evaluation.
